Where Roger That works, in short
Roger That is a Milford-based moving company serving Kent and Sussex County, Delaware. Our local movers cover Dover, Harrington, and Milford in Kent County and Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Milton, Georgetown, Seaford, and Bridgeville in Sussex County, and we handle long-distance moves that start or end anywhere in Delaware.
Kent County movers
Kent County work runs north from Milford along Route 1 and Route 113. Dover is the largest city we serve: the state capital, home to Dover Air Force Base and Delaware State University, with neighborhoods off Route 13 and Route 8 and a lot of apartment moves. Harrington is about fifteen minutes up the road from Milford, with in-town homes, farm properties, and the State Fairgrounds, whose fair week in late July slows Route 13. Milford straddles the county line along the Mispillion River, so we count it in both counties, and it is where our crew starts every day.
Sussex County movers
Sussex County covers the beach towns and the farm country behind them. Lewes and Rehoboth Beach are shaped by the summer season: metered parking, contractor permits, condo move-in rules, and weekend traffic on Route 1. Milton splits between a historic district on the Broadkill River and newer communities toward the coast. Georgetown is the county seat, where estate and settlement deadlines set many schedules. Seaford and Bridgeville in western Sussex bring larger lots, full basements, and 55-plus communities like Heritage Shores.
Which services are available in every town?
All of them. Local moving, long-distance moving, packing and unpacking, estate clean-outs, senior move management, property preparation, junk removal, and moving and storage coordination are available across Kent and Sussex County, and most jobs combine two or three of them under one quote.
What should I send for a quote in my town?
Both addresses, the date or the deadline behind it, and the access details that matter in your town. In Lewes and Rehoboth Beach that means parking rules, permits, and any condo elevator reservation. In Dover it is apartment floor numbers, gate access, or base housing rules. In Seaford, Bridgeville, and the farm properties around Harrington and Milford it is the basements, sheds, and outbuildings that need clearing. Our free estimate page lists the rest, and the quote comes back in writing before anything is scheduled.
Do you serve towns that are not listed here?
Usually, yes. The nine town pages cover where most of our work happens, but we also move customers in the smaller communities between them and elsewhere in Delaware. Call or text 302-696-6190 with both addresses and the date, and we will tell you right away whether the job fits the schedule.
